Bags may take up to 7-10 business days to ship, although we generally aim to ship sooner. Custom bags may take the full 15 business days. Phone & air-pod cases ship within 1-3 business days and ship separately from all bags.

We ship internationally. US orders ship free over $100. 
Express orders are handled with priority. 

Phone cases, custom bags, items purchased on sale or with a discount code and air-pod cases are final sale and can not be returned.
