AYJAY is an American-made small business where bags are individually made to order by hand in the USA. No overseas factories, fast fashion or mass production. Therefore bags may take up to 10-15 business days to ship, although we generally aim to ship sooner. Ready to ship items ship within 1-2 business days (bags categorized under 'ready to ship' and phone/air-pod cases). US orders ship free over $150. Express orders are handled with priority. Custom bags may take the full 15 business days.

Bags may be exchanged within 3 days of delivery with the exception of custom bags.
Phone cases, custom bags and air-pod cases are final sale.

You will receive a USPS tracking number by e-mail once your order is ready to ship. 
Please make sure to check your spam and allow up to 24-48 hours for the tracking number to be scanned.

We are not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages after your order has shipped. Route shipping protection can be added to your cart for shipping insurance.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS

We ship from California, USA. Please check with your country’s local customs office beforehand to make sure any customs fees are due upon delivery. We are not responsible for any taxes & fees your country may charge upon delivery. These taxes & fees are non-refundable and out of our control.

CARE

All bags are 100% cotton and machine washable on delicate and air-dry.
Wash inside out.
We are not responsible for any damage to the bags when washed.
