SHIPPING
Please allow 10 to 15 business days for your bag(s) to be shipped. All bags are handmade and made to order in the USA. Although we generally aim to ship your order out sooner. Custom bags may take the full 15 business days.
Custom bags, phone cases and limited edition items are final sale and can't be returned.
You will receive a USPS tracking number by e-mail when your order is ready to ship.
Please make sure to check your spam if you haven't received it and please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking number to be scanned and provide an ETA.
We are not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages after your order has shipped.
RETURNS
Bags can be exchanged within 5 days of receipt, with the exception of custom bags, phone cases and limited edition items.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS
We ship from California, USA. Please check with your country’s local customs office beforehand to make sure any customs fees are due upon delivery. We are not responsible for any taxes & fees your country may charge upon delivery. These taxes & fees are non-refundable and out of our control.
CARE
All bags are 100% cotton and machine washable on delicate and air-dry.
Wash inside out.
We are not responsible for any damage to the bags when washed.
