AYJAY is an American-made small business where bags are individually made to order by hand in the USA. No overseas factories, fast fashion or mass production. Therefore bags may take up to 10-15 business days to ship. Ready to ship items ship within 1-2 business days. US orders ship free over $100. All orders ship with a USPS or UPS tracking number. Express orders are handled with priority. Bags may be exchanged within 3 days of delivery with the exception of custom bags.
