SHIPPING + RETURNS

PROCESSING TIME
Phone cases and tech cases ship within 1-3 business days and ship separately from all bags and other accessories.
AYJAY is an American-made small business where bags are individually made to order by hand in the USA. No overseas factories, fast fashion or mass production. Therefore bags may take up to 10-15 business days to ship, although we generally aim to ship sooner. Custom or personalized name bags may take the full 15 business days. 

RETURNS
Phone cases, personalized items & all tech cases are custom made to order by size therefore are final sale and can not be returned, canceled or exchanged.

Bags may be exchanged only within 3 days of delivery, with the exception of customized (name) bags, sale items, and limited-edition items. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs associated with an exchange.

SHIPPING
We ship worldwide. US orders ship free over $150. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout. Express orders are handled with priority.
You will receive a tracking number by e-mail once your order is ready to ship. Please check your spam and allow up to 48 hours for the tracking number to be scanned.

ROUTE PROTECTION
We are not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages after your order has shipped. Route shipping protection can be added to your cart for shipping insurance.

INTERNATIONAL 
We ship from the United States. Please check with your country’s local customs office beforehand to make sure any customs fees are due upon delivery. We are not responsible for any delays, taxes and fees your country may charge upon delivery as they are non-refundable and out of our control.

For eligible EU phone case orders only: VAT may be included at checkout and will be displayed in your shipping cost total if applicable to your order.

EU Consumer rights: Each AYJAY item is handmade and made to order based on the customer's selected specifications, size, personalized name and/or design choices. Because these products are created specifically for each order only after placing the order, the EU 14-day right of withdrawal may not apply under the exception for goods made to the consumer's personalized specifications. Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.
