CARE
All bags are made of 100% cotton fabric and machine washable. Wash inside-out on delicate and let it air dry.
We are not liable for any damage caused to the bags when washed.
SHIPPING + RETURNS
All bags are handmade & made to order in the USA therefore can take up to 10 business days to ship. All orders ship with a tracking number. Express orders are handled with priority. Bags can be exchanged within 3 business days of delivery with the exception of customized bags. Please e-mail shop@ayjaythelabel.com if you have any questions.
International orders: we are not responsible for any custom fees, please visit your local customs office for any information upon delivery from the US to your country.
