FAQ

Where do you ship from?

All orders ship from the United States of America. Please check with your country’s customs office beforehand to make sure any customs fees are due upon delivery. We’re not responsible for any taxes & fees your country may charge upon delivery. These taxes & fees are non-refundable. Please be aware that all shipments to Europe require customs fees & taxes to be paid upon delivery.

When will my bag be shipped?

Please allow up to 15 business days for your bag(s) to be shipped. U.S. orders are fulfilled by USPS. You may receive a shipping notification when your order is being prepared. However please allow 3-5 business for orders to start tracking. All orders will arrive within 3-5 business days once shipped. We are not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages after your order has shipped. Please contact your local USPS office.

Can I return my bag?

Each bag is handmade to order, I can only accept returns if an item is damaged upon arrival during transportation. A video of the damaged item must be sent within 24 hours of receival. A damaged bag must be returned within 5 business days of receiving the bag for replacement. Please email ayjaythelabel@gmail.com if you have any questions or concerns. 

My order hasn’t arrived yet. What should I do?

Please allow up to 15 business for your order to arrive (even if the shipping label has been created) and contact your local post office to file a claim if your order hasn’t arrived yet. We are not responsible for any bags that are lost during transportation therefor I’m unable to refund your order.

Do I have to pay customs fees?

For shipments to the U.S., there are no custom fees to be paid. Taxes are automatically calculated at checkout if applicable. Please note that shipments to Europe require customs fees + taxes to be paid at delivery.
Please check with your country’s customs office beforehand to make sure any customs fees have to be paid outside. All shipments depart from the United States of America. Customs fees and taxes are not included at checkout for international orders. We are not responsible for customs fees and taxes nor are they refundable.

Custom and personalized orders:

Feel free to message me with any request (zipper color, interior color, sizing) as I will do my best to make a custom AYJAY design for you. Custom orders must be placed beforehand.

Sizing details:

Large size makeup bags hold larger bottles like shampoo bottles, conditioner, large comb, full size hair spray, etc.
The dimensions are 23cm x 10cm x 11cm.

Regular size makeup bags hold makeup products, small hair oil bottles, eye pencils, etc.
The dimensions are 18cm x 9cm x 8cm.
